In a soy-ginger sauce

  • Microwaveable bowl
  • 15g of protein per bowl
  • 1 serving of vegetables per bowl
  •  Microwaves in 4 minutes

Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Remove all packaging. Ensure product reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Appliances vary. Adjust heating time as needed. Do not use bowls in conventional or toaster ovens.

Do not reuse bowls after heating.


Microwave oven (1200 W)

1. Remove and discard film that covers the bowl.
2. Heat on HIGH for 3 minutes.
3. Stir and heat again for 1 minute more and stir again.

Careful, the product will be hot!
