Bacon-Wrapped Mini Quiches

Whether you are serving these as an appetizer or just in the mood for a little indulgence, these delicious Mini Quiches wrapped in bacon are packed with flavour.

Cooking Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 12 Mini Quiches
  • 6 slices of bacon, sliced thick, cut in half
  • 1/3 cup (50 g) cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on the Mini Quiches, wrap each quiche in a piece of bacon.
  3. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. When removing from the oven, sponge the excess fat with a paper towel.
