  • 1 Cuisine Adventures Veggie & Swiss Cheese Egg Frittata
  • 2 cups (500 ml) baby spinach, washed and dried
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) pumpkin seeds, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) dried cranberries
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of your choice dressing

Preparation Instructions

  1. Mix all the salad ingredients together and toss with your choice of vinaigrette.
