Mini Quiches with Gaspacho

Mini Quiche

A delightful crowd-pleasing appetizer featuring our delicious Mini Quiches served with zesty Gaspacho.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes


  • 3 pounds Diced tomatoes
  • 2 units Diced red pepper
  • 1 cup (250ml) Diced onions
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) Minced garlic
  • 2 drop Tabasco
  • 2 teaspoon (10 ml) Rice vinegar
  • To Taste Salt & Pepper

Preparation Instructions

  1. Put tomatoes and red pepper in a blender, mix well, add onions and garlic.
  2. Put aside in a bucket add tabasco, vinegar and seasoning.
  3. Let cool few hours, serve very cold.
