Slowly simmered fresh onions, Swiss cheese & croutons

  • Microwaves in 5 minutes

Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Remove all packaging. Ensure product reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Appliances vary. Adjust heating time as needed.

For best results, heat in a 10 fl. oz. bowl with a 4” diameter.

Conventional Oven
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place 1 soup, cheese on top, in an ovenproof bowl.
  3. Heat for 40 minutes or until the cheese becomes golden brown.

Microwave Oven

When heated in the microwave oven, the cheese will become mixed in the soup.

  1. Place 1 soup, cheese on top, in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Heat on HIGH for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir and heat for 2 minutes more.

Quicker Oven Method
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place 1 soup, cheese on top, in a bowl safe for both microwave and conventional oven.
  3. Heat on HIGH for 3 minutes in the microwave oven.
  4. Remove soup from microwave oven; sprinkle on top about 2 Tbsp of additional shredded Swiss or other firm cheese.
  5. Heat in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese becomes golden brown.

Careful, the product will be hot!
