  • 16g Protein per bowl
  • 1 cup of vegetables per bowl
  • Microwaves in 5 minutes
  • 4 Bowls Individually Wrapped

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Remove bowl from the box. Ensure product reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Appliances vary. Adjust heating time as needed.
Do not heat bowls in conventional or toaster ovens.
Do not reuse bowls after heating.

Microwave oven

1. Remove and discard film that covers the bowl.
2. Heat on HIGH for 3 minutes and stir.
3. Heat for additional 2 minutes and stir again.

Careful, the product will be hot!
