Mini Quiches with Gaspacho

Mini Quiche

A delightful crowd-pleasing appetizer featuring our delicious Mini Quiches served with zesty Gaspacho.

Serves 6
Preparation Time: 15 minutes


  • 1.5 kg Diced tomatoes
  • 2 red bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup (250ml) diced onions
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) minced garlic
  • 2 drops Tabasco
  • 2 teaspoon (10 ml) rice vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Preparation Instructions

  1. Blend tomatoes and red bell peppers. Add onions and garlic.
  2. Put aside in a pot, and add Tabasco, vinegar and seasoning.
  3. Let cool for a few hours, serve cold.
