Roasted red pepper dip with Chicken Poblano Firecrackers

  • 1 box of Chicken Poblano Firecrackers
  • 1 cup (250ml) roasted red peppers
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) greek yogurt
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation Instructions

  1. Bake the Chicken Poblano Firecrakers according to package instructions.
  2. Puree the roasted red pepper in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  3. Scrapping down sides, add the yogurt, salt and pepper.
  4. Serve.
